The method
Four levers, clarity, friction, trust, and motivation, drive most conversion problems. Eveko calls this the CFTM Framework, and every page gets reviewed against all four before findings get sequenced into a roadmap.
Is the offer and the next step obvious in the first few seconds, or does a visitor have to work to figure out what the page wants them to do?
Anything that slows or blocks the wanted action, a form asking for too much, a confusing layout, a slow or broken step in the flow.
Does the page give a stranger a reason to believe it, credentials, proof, specificity, or does it read like every other page asking for the same thing?
Does the page make the case for acting now instead of bookmarking it for later, without leaning on gimmicky urgency tactics to force the issue?
Every finding gets sequenced by expected impact and effort, so your team knows what to fix first instead of a flat list with no order to it.
The basics
CRO is the practice of improving how many visitors take a wanted action once they've already landed on a page, a form fill, a call, a purchase, a demo request. It has nothing to do with how many people arrive. That's what SEO and GEO are for. CRO starts exactly where those leave off, with a visitor who's already there and a page that either earns the action or loses them.
Most sites treat traffic and conversion as separate problems, chasing more visitors while the pages those visitors land on quietly leak them. A heuristic review closes that gap by checking whether the pages already getting traffic are actually built to convert it, before spending more to send additional visitors to the same leak.

The scope
Three areas carry most of the conversion weight on any site, each reviewed against the same four levers.
The homepage, core service or product pages, and any page built for paid or organic campaign traffic, usually the highest-traffic pages worth reviewing first.
Field count, labeling, error handling, and where a form asks for more than it needs to qualify a lead, a source of avoidable friction backed by independent research from groups like the Baymard Institute.
Where trust and motivation matter most, since this is the step closest to the actual transaction and the one hesitation hits hardest.
The payoff
Every visitor a site earns through rankings, citations, or content costs something to get, time, budget, or both. A page that converts at half the rate it could needs twice the traffic to hit the same result, which means twice the SEO, GEO, or ad spend to get there. CRO is the cheapest lever most sites haven't pulled, since it improves what's already arriving instead of paying for more of it.
It also protects the return on every other service on this site. A GEO citation or a page-one ranking that lands a visitor on a confusing or untrustworthy page is a wasted win. CRO is what makes sure the traffic other work earns actually turns into something.

David Endow ran SEO and GEO for mid-market and enterprise brands at 3Q Digital and DEPT, work that lives or dies on whether the traffic it earns actually converts. Eveko treats CRO as part of that same accountability, not a separate line item, since a ranking or a citation that lands on a page nobody acts on isn't a result worth reporting. Questions

Conversion rate is measured as a percentage, the share of visitors on a page who complete a specific action divided by total visitors, not a vague sense of whether a page feels effective. A conversion can be a form fill, a call, a demo booked, a purchase, or any other action a page is built to drive, defined before a review starts so results have something concrete to measure against.
A heuristic review. Eveko audits your pages against known conversion principles, drawing on the same clarity-friction-trust-motivation framework behind independent research from groups like the Nielsen Norman Group, and hands back a prioritized fix list your team can implement. Running statistically valid split tests needs traffic volume most growing sites don't have yet, so live testing is scoped separately once a site has enough visitors for the results to mean anything.
A useful test, if a fix changes how a page shows up in search results or which AI answer cites it, that's SEO or GEO. If a fix changes what a visitor does once the page is already open, that's CRO. Content marketing is the material both disciplines act on, the page itself. Sites often assume more traffic will fix a low conversion rate, more often the page just needs to convert better.
The heuristic review and fix list are typically ready within a couple of weeks. Once fixes ship, expect to see conversion movement inside the same reporting cycle you already track, since CRO changes affect visitors you're already getting rather than waiting on new rankings to build. Confirming a lift statistically still takes enough traffic and time to be meaningful, a low-traffic page won't show a reliable signal overnight.
The homepage first, since it usually carries the most traffic and the clearest conversion goal, which is why it's the page the free audit covers. From there, core service or product pages and any dedicated landing pages built for paid or organic campaigns are the next priority, reviewed as part of the fuller engagement.
Both, depending on scope. The core deliverable is a prioritized fix list your team or designer can act on directly. Eveko can also implement the fixes, from copy and layout changes through form and CTA rebuilds, as an extension of the review rather than a separate engagement.
Eveko's CFTM Framework drives every review, clarity (whether the offer and next step are obvious), friction (anything that slows or blocks the action), trust (whether the page gives a stranger a reason to believe it), and motivation (whether the page makes the case for acting now instead of later). Every finding in the review maps back to one of these four.
Not automatically. A form that converts more often but attracts unqualified leads can cost a sales team more than it helps. Reviews get scoped against the actual business goal behind a page, not conversion rate as an isolated number, so a fix that inflates the rate at the expense of lead quality doesn't make the list.
Either. A single review and fix list works well for a site with a handful of key pages and no immediate plans to keep testing. Sites running ongoing SEO, GEO, or content work usually fold CRO in as a recurring pass, since new pages and campaigns keep creating new pages worth reviewing.
Depends on how many pages need review and whether Eveko is implementing fixes or just documenting them. That range is too wide for a number on this page to mean much. The free audit exists so you get a scoped plan first, priced against what your pages actually need.
