Eveko Search Privacy Policy
What this site collects, why it is collected, and who else can see it. Written to be read rather than skimmed past.
The Short Version
What You Actually Need to Know
The full policy sits below and it is not long. This is the part most people came for.
Last updated September 2026.
- This site sets no cookies. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording, and nothing written to your browser's storage.
- Nothing is collected unless you type it. Reading these pages leaves no record with Eveko beyond the ordinary server logs any website host keeps.
- The forms are the only collection point. Your name, email, company, website, and whatever you choose to write in the message box.
- Nothing is sold, rented, or traded. Not to data brokers, not to advertisers, not to anyone, for any amount of money.
- You can have it deleted. Email contact@evekosearch.com and it goes, usually the same day.
Who Is Responsible for Your Information?
Eveko Search LLC, based in San Diego, California, operates this website and is the party responsible for information collected through it. David Endow is the founder and the person who reads what comes in. You can reach either at contact@evekosearch.com.
This policy covers evekosearch.com and every page on it. It does not cover websites Eveko links out to, such as LinkedIn or the sources cited on service pages. Those sites run their own policies and you should read them on their own terms.
What Information Does Eveko Search Collect?
Information you submit
Every page on this site carries a form that requests a free audit or starts a conversation. Depending on the form and the option you pick, it asks for some combination of the following.
- Your name and email address, always required, because there is no way to reply without them.
- Your company name and website address, required when you are asking for an audit, since an audit of an unnamed site is not possible.
- A budget range and which service you are interested in, on the forms that offer those options.
- Whatever you write in the message box, which is yours to fill in however you like. Please do not put sensitive personal information, account credentials, or confidential client data in it.
Each form also carries a hidden field that stays empty for real visitors and catches automated spam. It collects nothing about you.
Information collected automatically
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like every web host, Cloudflare records standard request logs, which include the IP address the request came from, the browser and device type, the page requested, and the time. Those logs exist to deliver the site and to keep it from being attacked. They are not used to build a profile of you, and Eveko does not connect them to anything you submit through a form.
Does This Site Use Cookies, Analytics, or Tracking Pixels?
No, and that is a deliberate decision rather than an oversight. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta or LinkedIn pixel, no heatmap or session recording tool, no chat widget, and no advertising tag of any kind. Nothing is written to cookies, local storage, or session storage. Even the fonts are served from this domain instead of Google's, so loading a page does not announce your visit to a third party.
The one exception worth naming honestly is that Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the site, may set a strictly necessary security cookie if it needs to tell automated traffic apart from human traffic. That category of cookie exists to keep the site available and is never used for advertising or measurement.
Because nothing here tracks you, there is no consent banner to click through. If that ever changes, this policy changes with it first, and anything that requires your permission will ask for it before it runs rather than after.
How Is Your Information Used?
To reply to you, to prepare the audit or proposal you asked for, and to carry on that conversation. That is the entire list.
Your details are not added to a newsletter you did not ask for, not fed into automated decision making, and not used to advertise to you somewhere else. If you enquire and decide not to work with Eveko, that is the end of it.
Who Else Sees What You Submit?
Three parties, each doing a specific job.
- Web3Forms processes the forms. When you press submit, your browser sends the form directly to Web3Forms, which passes it on to Eveko's email inbox. Because that request comes from your browser rather than from this server, Web3Forms also receives your IP address and browser details. They act as a processor on Eveko's behalf and their privacy policy governs what they do with it.
- Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site, and handles the request logs described above. Their privacy policy applies to that.
- Eveko's email provider stores your message in the inbox, the same way any email you send to any business is stored.
Beyond those three, your information is disclosed only if the law requires it. It is never sold, rented, traded, or handed to an advertiser.
How Long Is Your Information Kept?
Form submissions live in an email inbox, not in a separate customer database. They are kept while there is an active conversation or a live working relationship, and for a reasonable period afterwards for record keeping. You can ask for yours to be deleted at any point before or after that, and it will be.
How Is Your Information Protected?
The site is served over HTTPS, so everything you type into a form is encrypted while it travels. Access to the inbox is limited to Eveko. No system is perfectly secure and it would be dishonest to claim otherwise, which is another reason not to put confidential material into a web form to anyone, here or elsewhere.
What Rights and Choices Do You Have?
You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or ask not to be contacted again. Email contact@evekosearch.com and say which. There is no form to fill in and no account to create, and the request is honored regardless of where you live rather than only where a law compels it.
California residents
This policy is the notice required by the California Online Privacy Protection Act. The categories of information collected, the third parties it is shared with, and the process for requesting a change are all described above.
On Do Not Track signals, there is no agreed industry standard for what a website should do when it receives one. Since this site does not track visitors across other websites in the first place, a Do Not Track signal changes nothing about how it behaves.
Eveko Search LLC does not currently meet the revenue or data volume thresholds that make the California Consumer Privacy Act and its amendments apply to a business. Requests to access or delete information are honored anyway. Separately, Eveko does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, which is why you will not find a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link on this site. There is nothing behind it that would be true.
Visitors from the United Kingdom and European Union
This site is aimed at businesses in the United States, but if you contact Eveko from the UK or EU, the basis for handling your information is to take steps you have requested before entering into a contract, and Eveko's legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry it received. The same rights of access, correction, erasure, and objection apply, through the same email address.
Is This Site Intended for Children?
No. Eveko Search sells services to businesses and this site is not directed at anyone under sixteen. Information is not knowingly collected from children. If you believe a child has submitted something through a form here, email contact@evekosearch.com and it will be removed.
Will This Policy Change?
Yes, whenever the site changes in a way that affects it. Adding an analytics tool, a chat widget, or a different form provider would all require an update here, and each would be made before the change goes live rather than after. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
